Welcome to the Mythical Beastiary. Here you will find unicorns, dragons, faeries and more. These are the creatures that make up our dreams and our fantasies. They give us a sense for things beyond what we can see, hear and touch. They inspire us in our works of art and in our stories. They were born of our dreams and even our nightmares. They hide just beyond our sight - behind the next corner, darting behind that tree, skulking through the shadows. These 'mythical beasts' help us retain our sense of wonder in the world. Without them, our world would be a few shades of gray. They make the light a little more bright and cheerful, or the dark a little more mysterious and spooky. So come, look around, and meet some of the fantastical creatures here. |
Remember, things are as real as you make them. Though there are those
who try to 'disprove' these creatures' existances, that's not to say that they are not true in some
form. Modern science and the rational mind hates what it cannot explain. A good friend of mine
once told me that "if you can imagine it, then it exists. In some form, on some plane." I believe
that to be true. We create what is real to us.

This page always under construction I will be constantly adding (and maybe removing) things to this page, like other creatures and stuff. So if you don't see a beastie now that you would like to see, check back later. It might be here. |
